About the Report
The scope, structure and frameworks of this report, and the 17 units it covers.
The Real Hotels Group 2025 Sustainability Report presents the Group’s economic, environmental and social performance and the commitments made to sustainable development.
It covers the period from 1 January to 31 December 2025 and, where relevant, includes information from prior years, so performance can be read over time. In the indicators table, which can be consulted in the Technical Dossier section, prior-year figures are presented, so the reader can see the progress made and compare the Group’s performance with previous years.
Structure of the report
The report is organised to present: the Group’s identity, its business model and sustainability governance; the Belonging strategy and the value-creation model; the environmental, social and governance initiatives, organised by the Stay Unique, Operate Smart and Be Responsible pillars; and the performance indicators for the year.
Scope
The report covers the 17 hotels whose management is carried out by Real Hotels Group in Portugal, named below. For 2025 the scope of the report includes, for the first time, the Amazónia units. They were not included in the 2024 ESG report, the year their management passed to the Group. Their performance can now be shown on a consolidated basis, as with the rest of the estate. The units considered for 2025 are therefore the following:

The information was collected and analysed internally. It was not subject to external assurance.
Frameworks
The report was prepared with reference to the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards and makes voluntary use of the basic module of the VSME framework. It also responds to a set of indicators requested by FOREST, of Turismo de Portugal. The report also identifies the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to which the commitments of the Belonging strategy are linked, without quantifying the Group’s contribution to each one.
